What You’ll Do:

As the DCQI, you will be at the forefront of our quality and performance improvement initiatives. This isn’t just about compliance—it’s about setting a standard of excellence that positively impacts patient outcomes and hospital culture. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to develop and implement evidence-based performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee compliance with The Joint Commission, California Department of Public Health, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.
• Facilitate peer review processes and assist departments in analyzing trends and creating action plans.
• Monitor quality metrics, ensure accurate reporting, and guide teams toward achieving measurable goals.
• Support and educate staff and leaders on best practices in quality and safety.
• Be a visible champion of our mission to continuously improve care delivery and patient satisfaction.
